The office suite is uniquely suited to serving families with space that includes: spacious waiting areas, visitation rooms, therapy offices, group rooms and training rooms that may also be used for therapy, for supervised visits, meetings or conferencing. Staff have worked to develop a family friendly environment that takes into account the special needs of the families we strive to serve.

Individuals with disabilities please contact our office and share your need for any special accommodations in advance of your visit. Disability access is located on the east side of the building at the lower parking area.

Office hours have been scheduled to meet the needs of families: Monday thru Thursday 9:00am to 8:00pm, Friday 9am - 4pm. For an appointment or information please call Family Pathways at 724-284-9440.

Due to the Main Street Viaduct Construction Project, please take note of the image taken from Google Maps of the new traffic pattern on South Main Street.  This new traffic pattern places the new bridge 0.2 miles south of where the original bridge connected with Route 8 South.  Therefore, please take notice of the North on Route 8 or South on Route 8 directions.

Traveling North on I-79:

• Take the PA-228 exit 78 to Cranberry/Mars.

• Turn right on to PA-228 W/Seven Fields/Mars and merge onto PA-228 E.

• Travel 11.5 mi on PA-228.

• Turn left at PA-8 N.

• Travel 11.5 miles.

• After the Lyndora exit, turn right at the next light.

• At the next light, follow the road that is on the left - Brugh Ave.  The Monarch Place sign is visible on the left side at this light.

• After bearing to the left onto Brugh Ave, Monarch Place is on the left and our parking lot is across from our building on the right.

Traveling South on I-79:

• Take the US-422 E exit 99 to Butler/New Castle.

• Merge onto N Main St/PA-8 via the PA-8 S exit to Butler.

• After driving across the new bridge, at the light turn left.

• At the next light, follow the road that is on the left - Brugh Ave.  The Monarch Place sign is visible on the left side at this light.

• After bearing to the left onto Brugh Ave, Monarch Place is on the left and our parking lot is across from our building on the right.

• Take the Butler Valley exit #39.

• After the toll booth, take the North PA-8 exit.

• After the Lyndora exit (approximately 17 miles), turn right at the next light.

• At the next light, follow the road that is on the left - Brugh Ave.  The Monarch Place sign is visible on the left side at this light.

• After bearing to the left onto Brugh Ave, Monarch Place is on the left and our parking lot is across from our building on the right.
